Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

MOHT envisions a transformed health system that is patient-centric, data-driven and digitally enabled to better empower health, prevent disease and provide excellent value-based care. To realize this vision, MOHT’s mission is to design and implement innovative solutions essential for the desired health system transformation. The Corporate office supports MOHT’s program teams and members in the planning and delivery of key shared services – e.g. corporate administration, enterprise IT, communications.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager/ Manager (Quality and Procurement), the Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager for General Operations plays an integral role in leading finance-related operations and corporate administrative needs across projects and departments within MOHT.

Duties

Finance-related Operations (40%)

  • Assist the team to manage and complete vendor processing requirements for MOHT, including for each payment requisition to comply with approval.
  • Engage stakeholders to provide end-to-end support, advice, and training on payment related policy and processes.
  • Assist the team on finance queries posted by auditors.
  • Apprise Senior Management of finance-related reports monthly.

Corporate Admin (20%)

  • Support the team to coordinate on-boarding and off-board process for MOHT staff.
  • Support office servicing and maintenance, including visitor management.
  • Support access cards management as per of the on-board/off-board process.
  • Accumulate the Corporate Admin experience to then integrate and execute automation.

Process Improvement (40%)

  • Use automation tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and FORMSG to report or simplify processes.
  • Review processes and implement improvements across Company-to-Company payments, staff claims, credit card, and GIRO payments.
  • Use automation tools to deliver finance related and Corp-admin related reports.

Any other duties as assigned by Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting, audit, and/or finance related work.
  • Strong advocate for teamwork and sustaining team camaraderie.
  • Strong advocate for people being the most important asset in our organization.
  • Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Strong desire to learn Microsoft Power suite (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI) including Microsoft Copilot Studio will be preferred.
  • Good knowledge of how data should be structured for scalable use.
  • Good business judgement and analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
