Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Finance

Job description

We are looking for a Finance Personnel handling consolidation and financial reporting of the Group.

You will be responsible for the reporting and taxation function of the organisation, preparing the financial statements of the Group/Company timely and accurately. The candidate should have leadership skills, strong analytical skill, and have a thorough understanding of the IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements (including consolidated cashflow statements) of the Group.
• Manage financial closing processes and review Group accounting policies and disclosures for GAAPs compliance
• Review internal controls of the Group
• Oversees financial audit of the Group/Company and liaise with external auditors of the Group and subsidiaries.
• Review and analyse financial statements
• Handle all taxation matters of the Company and group of companies and liaise with tax agents.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory financial requirements including running the audit, compliance, and tax
• Undertake adhoc tasks when assigned

Job Requirement

• Bachelor in Accounting/ACCA
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience
• Audit experience preferred.
