Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Facilities & Infrastructure (Healthcare)

What you'll be doing

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance, and improvement works across assigned healthcare sites

• Manage vendor contracts, performance reviews, and ensure compliance with service KPIs and safety standards

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical operations

• Lead and support infrastructure projects, including renovations, retrofitting, and system upgrades

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support the planning and launch of new facilities

• Prepare technical specifications and support procurement and tender exercises for maintenance and capital works

• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to management

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as fire safety, Green Mark, and infection control

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Facilities Management/ Building Services/ Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Engineering or related studies

• 3 - 5 years of similar experience within healthcare settings

• Strong knowledge of building systems, M&E services, and relevant statutory requirements

• Experience in managing outsourced contractors and leading improvement or construction projects

• Good project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
