What you'll be doing
Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance, and improvement works across assigned healthcare sites
Manage vendor contracts, performance reviews, and ensure compliance with service KPIs and safety standards
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical operations
Lead and support infrastructure projects, including renovations, retrofitting, and system upgrades
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support the planning and launch of new facilities
Prepare technical specifications and support procurement and tender exercises for maintenance and capital works
Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to management
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as fire safety, Green Mark, and infection control
What we're looking for
Bachelor Degree in Facilities Management/ Building Services/ Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Engineering or related studies
3 - 5 years of similar experience within healthcare settings
Strong knowledge of building systems, M&E services, and relevant statutory requirements
Experience in managing outsourced contractors and leading improvement or construction projects
Good project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
