The Opportunity:

We are looking for Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Employee Engagement) to join us. This incumbent is to drive and implement a suite of Group HR, Institutional HR strategies and initiatives. These areas include employee engagement, culture building, total health and well-being, as well as HR communications.

Job Responsibilities:

a) Employee Recognition & Awards

Lead the co-ordination and communication of employee recognition and awards efforts across departments within cluster, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and values.

Drive strategic recognition campaigns that highlight outstanding contributions and build a culture of appreciation.

b) Internal Events and Staff Experiences

Design and co-lead engaging internal events and campaigns that reinforce diversity, inclusion, and team spirit.

Manage end-to-end event planning, including budget, stakeholder engagement, and vendor co-ordination, to delivery high-quality staff experiences.

c) Internal Communications

Craft compelling and strategic content (e.g. intranet stories, e-announcements, internal campaigns) to keep employees informed, connected and inspired.

Act as a communications bridge between HR and various departments to ensure timely, consistent messaging across organisations.

d) Employee Well-being Strategy & Programmes

Lead and partner with Wellbeing Champions and internal stakeholders to deliver well-being initiatives that support holistic employee health – physical, mental and social.

Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of well-being strategy.

Manage end-to-end staff welfare and benefits including facilities and corporate perks and provide recommendation for enhancement and improvements.

e) Strategic Employee Engagement & Culture Building

Support the development and implementation of initiatives that drive employee engagement, motivation, and alignment with JHC’s mission and values.

Manage end-to-end WeCare App to encourage and promote our Core Values and collaborate across departments.

f) Employee Feedback & Engagement Insights

Analyse feedback, facilitate dissemination of survey results, and support department in follow-up action.

Track engagement metrics and help drive continuous improvement based on insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree preferably in Business Management, Human Resources or Communications

Min 2 to 3 years of relevant experience preferably in Employee Engagement, Internal/HR Communications, Events Management and Culture Building.

A flair for building compelling narratives and stories. Excellent in creative writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the journalistic ability.

Excellent communication instincts and interpersonal skills.

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

Pro-active and creative individual with strong passion and drive.

Curious and open towards new ideas. Bold to explore and experiment with new ways of working.

Savvy with different information technology and digital platforms such social media platforms, design and video editing tools.

Proficient in computer software and content design and development skills (e.g. MS Office suites).
