Job description
Overview:
The Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager will be required to support two or more clinical division for services planning, optimizing the operational workflow and provide administrative support for procurement of essential supplies. He/she will also be required to support the Departments initiatives to generate publicity and leveraging social media platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of clinical service(s) within the assigned divisions
Work closely with other departments to ensure a holistic service delivery that generates positive experience for patients along the continuum of care.
Conduct proper planning of new clinical service(s) where assigned, which includes providing projections on workload, identifying resources required and getting the necessary approvals to secure these resources, and manage key project timelines to deliver the project(s) on a timely basis and within budget.
Secure budget and monitor utilization as well as manage procurement of equipment and consumables to support the operation of the clinic / ward.
Support any Departmental and Organisation-wide initiatives to increase social media engagement and publicity efforts.
Support any Departmental-wide initiatives that impact clinical areas.
Support any other duties or projects as assigned by Reporting Officer.
Job Specifications:
Bachelor degree preferably in any of the following - Business Management or Administration, Biomedical Science, Life Science.
Good analytical skills.
Experience in project management.
Practical knowledge of hospital operations (ideal but not a must).
Interest in social media content creation and management.
Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
Able to communicate effectively.
Proactive and able to work independently.
Able to work well in a team-based environment.
