Compensation Review / Support:

  • Review adjunct, part-time teaching staff, visiting staff compensation

  • Review contingent staff compensation

  • Acad compensation

Recognition / Awards:

  • Shortlist and collate nominations for National Day Awards and Outstanding Service Awards

Benefits Administration:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of non-medical insurance claims (work injury, critical illness, group term life), ensuring timely reporting, follow-ups with broker/insurer, staff and next of kin, and final reimbursement of staff claims in compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including Group Medical and Non-Medical Insurances and other benefits, including working with broker/insurer in mitigating medical claims disputes, benefit-related inquiries, assisting with forms, and helping employees navigate benefits-related administrative processes.

  • Assist the budgeting and costs associated with employee benefit programs.

  • Maintenance of benefit plan documents, policies, and procedures, making them easily accessible to employees.

  • Oversee the invoicing and billing process for benefit plans, reconciling bills, and ensuring payments are made accurately and on time.

  • Plan and organize a variety of roadshows and workshops on new and existing C&B programmes.

Qualifications

  • Fresh Degree Graduate or Diploma with at least 3 years of related experience

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in using HRIS, Microsoft Office including power BI, power automate a plus.
