About the Role

As a Community Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager at BlueSG, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing a strong community around our brand. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and connect with our audience, drive brand loyalty, and foster a sense of belonging within the community. This role requires a blend of creativity, communication skills, and a deep understanding of community dynamics

  • Manage community through various communication channels including but not limited to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Telegram
  • Foster relationship with community members to encourage active participation and informative environment
  • Organize and coordinate virtual and in-person events to facilitate community interaction
  • Track and analyse community metrics to measure engagement and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with identifying brand ambassadors within the community
  • Provide educational onboarding within community for new users

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in community management or social media related roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, community forums, and other relevant tools
  • Creative thinker with the ability to execute innovative engagement strategies
