As part of the team, you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting contract performance. Your role will also involve preparing key reports for internal and client-facing meetings, managing customer feedback and service levels, and collaborating across departments to meet business objectives.

Job Description
Review, draft and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Manage contract performance and resolve disputes
Ensures all internal and stakeholders are briefed on new contract requirements
Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients
Preparation for weekly management meeting and customer review meeting
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue, and profitability
Monitoring of Customer Compliments and Complaints and Service Level Agreements
Any other ad hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Engineering / Business
Able to work in a team and independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal, written, communication and presentation skills
Must possess Class 3 Driving License
