Job description

Programme Experience & Operations (PXO) Executive / Senior Executive

Contract Duration: 2-year contract (Designation will be commensurate with experience)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team player to join the Programme Experience and Operations (PXO) department. In this role, you will collaborate with vendors, users, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and enhance programme delivery to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the PXO team, you will:

  • Redesign and Implement Policy & Process Improvements
    Engage business units, corporate departments, and key stakeholders to understand user needs
    Collect and analyse operational data to inform decision-making
    Develop operational workflows, circulars, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    Support user onboarding of revised policies and processes through interventions such as briefing sessions and job aids
  • Support Programme Delivery
    Ensure the smooth execution of virtual, blended, and classroom learning programmes
    Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of policies and processes during programme delivery
  • Reporting and Updates
    Provide regular updates to management
    Highlight key insights, recommendations, and track progress towards operational goals
Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience or familiarity with training operations and programme/event support
  • Strong critical thinking skills – able to synthesise multiple data points, identify root causes, and propose actionable solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – comfortable engaging vendors, users, and stakeholders clearly and professionally
