Job description

The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and creative Senior Executive or Assistant Manager to lead communications and marketing initiatives at SAA Architects, a member company of SJ Group. If you have more than 5 years of experience in communications, branding and marketing, particularly in digital marketing, social media management, and editorial content development, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll help shape our digital presence, elevate brand visibility, and support strategic stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Marketing

• Plan the social media strategy and content planning to drive engagement and community growth.
• Develop and execute paid digital campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn, Meta, Google) to drive business objectives, including audience segmentation, performance optimisation and reporting, and budget management.
• Identify and leverage digital communications and platform trends, as well as partnership opportunities.
  

Content & Creative Development

• Create and implement a content plan across digital platforms, corporate publications, and media.
• Craft high-quality, multi-channel content to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Coordinate all photography and videography projects to support communications and marketing activities.
• Develop digital and other marketing assets such as videos and presentations to support business pursuits.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and cohesive narratives.

Marketing & Events

• Identify and manage relevant awards opportunities, including writing compelling entries, coordinating supporting materials, and managing corresponding activities such as award ceremonies and gala dinners.
• Provide strong support for business proposals such as preparation of good quality resumes, presentations and other marketing materials.
• Organise and/or facilitate corporate events together with internal teams and members of the Group, including developing related marketing materials and brand assets.

Brand Management

• Apply and manage the brand narrative, messaging framework, and visual identity effectively.
• Ensure brand compliance, copyright adherence, and regulatory approvals.
• Manage contracts, licensing, and usage rights for creative assets.

What We’re Looking For

• More than 5 years in digital marketing and marketing communications.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content development skills.
• Hands-on experience in managing social media and digital campaigns, such as in a digital / advertising agency or in a B2B marketing environment with strong digital emphasis.
• Familiarity with performance optimisation and reporting (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Analytics), CRM platforms (HubSpot / Microsoft Dynamics 365) and SEO/SEM would be advantageous.
• Relevant experience in branding activities such as awards, events, and thought leadership engagements.
• A self-starter with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for a more senior position.
