About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Analytics & AI, you will work with both external and internal stakeholders to implement AI-powered applications and analyse survey data to inform strategies aimed at improving student employability outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to design and implement AI-powered applications that enhance student career preparation.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversee the development of AI/ML solutions on career-related platforms.
  • Evaluate vendor-delivered AI solutions to ensure alignment with project goals, quality standards, and user requirements.
  • Identify and recommend AI tools to enhance career services, strengthen student engagement, and improve overall user experience.
  • Collect, clean, and analyse data from key surveys, including the Graduate Employment Survey and Internship Survey.
  • Extract insights to support decision-making and enhance career services and employability initiatives.
  • Conduct trend analyses and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Promote technology adoption, drive process automation, and streamline workflows, while staying current with emerging AI and data analytics trends.
