Job Description

You will manage allied health operations, governance and research. Your operational responsibilities include but not limited to various forms of project management & collaboration, budgeting & reporting, ensuring compliance to various audits, and process improvement. You will need to plan, implement projects under your care and work closely with allied health departments. You will lead and assume overall accountability of the projects under your charge, and ensure that they function smoothly and seamlessly, contributing towards achieving our Vision and Mission.

Job Requirements

  • Degree with at least 8 years’ working experience. Those who possess prior experience in healthcare settings and/or equip with knowledge of various hospital operating systems will have an added advantage.
  • Able to manage and coordinate initiatives and possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with pleasant disposition.
  • Possess relevant experience in strategic planning, project management, quality improvement initiatives
  • Have past experience in preparing reports and data analysis, for planning and stakeholder presentation purposes
