Job Responsibilities

Project Management

Lead end-to-end project management of strategic projects to ensure projects are completed on time, according to budget, and within scope. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Project design optimization
  • Stakeholder management
  • Progress tracking
  • Project risk management

Project Portfolio Management

Drive the setting up of a Project Management Office (PMO) to define and maintain the standards of project management in NNI. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Portfolio management
  • Resource management
  • Building Project Management capabilities

Identifying and closing capability gaps, identifying appropriate tools, and consolidating best practices.

Skills Required

  • Recognized educational qualification with relevant working experience in project management.
  • Expertise in project management tools, e.g., Gantt charts, project tracking tools.
  • Comfortable with technology; proficient in relevant digital tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Tableau, and Smartsheet highly preferred.
  • Experience and/or certification in any of the following areas highly desirable: project management, change management, strategic planning, data analysis, and visualization.
