About Department and Purpose of the Position

The (Senior) Executive Assistant / Associate Executive - Human Resource (Learning & Development) is responsible for the equipping and improvement of the quality and skills-level of our staff to achieve organizational effectiveness and excellent service delivery. This role will provide admin support in the review, development and implementation of human resource learning & development plans and programmes in support of NUH’s goal.

Duties and Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)

  1. Work in close collaboration and partnership with management and line departments to achieve short-term and long-terms goals and objectives of NUH and HR.
  2. Provide admin support in the review, development and implementation of learning and development programmes to ensure relevance, maintenance of standards and alignment to NUH’s goals and objectives.
  3. Administer and execute HR functions and processes such as system training, training administration and indicators.
  4. Update and maintain training records.

Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)

  1. Support in NUH’s events such as staff wellness, process/work improvement review projects etc.
