Overview:

Working as part of the Undergraduate Education Team in the department, you will primarily be managing the clinical training programmes for the medical undergraduates posted to the hospital for their clinical training, among other duties relevant to the role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for the medical undergraduates posted to the Department for their clinical training to ensure a good posting experience.
  • Manage the various components of the training programmes, which include working with the medical schools and NUH wards and clinics, to plan the teaching activities; providing on-site support for the relevant teaching activities.
  • Work with the team to support matters relating to undergraduate education including minutes-taking for meetings and preparation for examinations, among other duties.
  • Support the Department in department-wide programmes.
  • Other duties consistent with the position where required and/or requested by Reporting Officer.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Enjoys engaging and working with others
