Introduction

Responsibilities

  • Support the management team in full spectrum of team secretarial/administrative work
  • Manage administrative matters - stationery control, banking matters, office administration and ensuring proper filing and documentation
  • Manage calendars of team members and be responsible for scheduling meetings, conference calls, video conferences both internally and externally
  • Coordinate info & logistics for overseas business trips - flight booking, cancellation, billings and refunds
  • Assist in preparation and printing of presentations, documents & proposals
  • Process corporate card expenses and claims matters
  • Prepare and set up of refreshments for major meetings
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma qualification with at least 10 - 15 years of experience providing full secretarial support to management level and a team
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Power Point
  • Good team player, possess initiative and able to work independently
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Self-motivated, organised and meticulous
  • High sense of responsibility and work ownership
