Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement advertising and promotions campaigns across retail stores, digital platforms, and media channels.

  • Coordinate with creative, merchandising, and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns and both online/offline activations.

  • Coordinate production of marketing collaterals and manage campaign timelines.

  • Track and analyse campaign performance, preparing post-campaign reports and improvement plans.

  • Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of marketing opportunities.

  • Assist in budget planning, cost tracking, and procurement for marketing activities.

  • Track performance of campaigns and prepare post-mortem reports.

  • Support the development and execution of e-Commerce marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including the creation and scheduling of targeted email campaigns, managing content and audience engagement on social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

  • Coordinate with design and content teams to create assets for email, social media, and display ads.

  • Recommend optimizations based on data to improve conversion and user engagement.

  • Work closely with the eCommerce team to plan and execute seasonal promotions, flash sales, and new product launches.

  • Regularly update website content to maintain accuracy and relevancy, particularly for promotional messaging and featured campaigns.

  • Collaborate across teams to deliver a cohesive, engaging, and seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the superior to support overall marketing and business objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in advertising, promotions, or digital marketing, preferably in retail or consumer-facing industries.

  • Demonstrated strength in project coordination, with excellent attention to detail

  • Experience with digital advertising platforms, particularly Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), is a plus.

  • Availability to support occasional weekend as required.
