Job description

Hours: Mon to Thu (8.30am to 5.45pm) and Fri (8.30am to 5.15pm)

Salary: S$3500 - S$4000

Location: Nanyang Drive

Duration: 6 months contract (extendable / convertible)

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support for examination matters including supporting the Board of Examiners meeting, examination timetabling, and post-examination analysis.
  2. Support the Overseas Exchange Programme with pre-departure administrative matters, course mapping, post-exchange credit transfer, and professional attachment matters.
  3. Assist in improving student engagement, student care, communications, and oversee student outreach activities.
  4. Develop a digital media strategy for the programme and support student and alumni engagement, outreach events, and publicity.
  5. Provide administrative support for the annual admissions and accreditation exercises.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in any discipline.
  2. At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a tertiary institution.
  3. Experience in programme management and operations in higher education is an advantage.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  6. Good interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in interacting with students.
  7. Content management and marketing skills for social media and websites.
  8. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
