Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Schedule, set up and coordinate meetings
- Meeting agenda and minutes preparation and circulation
- Expenditure and asset purchase tracking
- Roster preparation
- Store item indenting
- Generate purchase requisition, purchase order (SAP system)
- Prepare and submit goods receipt and invoice
- Compile monthly report
- Compile animal transaction information document
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Travel arrangement / reservation booking (when required)
- Organise calendar (when required)
- Other relevant duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holders
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel), Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
- Proficient in SAP system added advantage
- Team player with good communication skills
- Professionalism and ability to act with discretion with regards to sensitive information
- Problem solving
