Job description

What you'll be doing

  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions with accuracy and efficiency

  • Drive the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

  • Oversee daily payment processing, ensuring all transactions are completed within agreed service levels (SLA)

  • Assist in intercompany billing and ensure compliance with internal accounting policies

  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and prepare regular cash flow projections

  • Support the preparation and review of finance policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Manage internal order tracking and support the fixed asset register, including asset disposal and transfers

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on billing and payment-related matters

  • Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and enhance process efficiency

  • Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives to support the wider finance function

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline

  • 2 - 3 years of relevant finance experience preferably within Healthcare sector

  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word

  • Meticulous with strong prioritisation and time management skills

  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn with a positive attitude

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
