RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administer OAFA’s immersion programmes for international high school students, including:
    • Reviewing each application individually to verify the authenticity and accuracy of applicants’ high school results and other relevant details.
    • Setting up interview sessions to conduct applicant interviews.
    • Contacting applicants to inform them of their interview dates/times.
    • Contacting applicants to inform them of their admission outcomes.
    • Handling applicants’ requests to appeal admissions decision.
    • Handling applicants’ and parents queries.
    • Managing the selections and offer process.
    • Partnering with units on programme delivery and content.
    • Managing all necessary logistics and operations involved.
  • Support admissions outreach efforts and signature events with logistics and operational support for mega events such as Open House, Discovery Day and more as well as Work Engagement Programmes, local and international campus visits and more.
  • Support admissions operations and processes during the peak admissions season, including arranging admissions and scholarships interviews, following up with applicants on their documentation and application materials, and supporting admissions events for offerees.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A university degree in any qualification.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Meticulous, with strong administrative skills and the ability to multi-task across different projects.
  • Highly proficient with Office tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Highly proficient with technology tools such as Zoom, and willing to learn new systems.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to respond to different types of personalities across different age groups.
  • Ability to work on some weekends, if there are interviews or events on Saturdays.
