A leading company in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support business development and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will manage customer orders, maintain records in ERP/CRM systems, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Coordination
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support business development activities and customer engagement.
Prepare and review quotations, proforma invoices, and related sales documentation.
Maintain customer master data, pricing records, and contract details in ERP/CRM systems.
Support the rollout of new sales models, customer onboarding, and region-specific sales programs.
Order Management & Fulfilment
Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy in order entry and delivery arrangements.
Oversee the order-to-cash cycle, including invoicing, status tracking, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with factories in Europe, China, and India for purchase orders, lead times, and drop shipments.
Customer Relationship Management
Act as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely updates on orders, delivery timelines, and product availability.
Resolve customer issues, disputes, and complaints in coordination with internal teams such as logistics, supply chain, and finance.
Manage customer claims using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring follow-through until closure.
Inventory & Sales Performance Monitoring
Monitor inventory levels, identify slow-moving or excess stock, and propose clearance strategies.
Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain to optimize stock allocation and improve turnover.
Coordinate product availability during shortages, launches, or campaigns.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare regular sales and operations reports (e.g., customer sales trends, backlog, inventory reports).
Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Support
Identify areas for operational efficiency, automation, or system enhancement.
Participate in cross-functional initiatives, audits, or projects related to order management and customer service.
Assist with internal compliance documentation, ISO requirements, or SOP updates.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales coordination, order fulfilment, or customer service roles, ideally in a regional or multi-country environment.
Hands-on experience with ERP (e.g., SAP B1) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is essential.
Exposure to international supplier coordination, drop shipments, or logistics workflows is an advantage.
Operational Expertise: Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes, sales documentation, and customer service protocols.
