About Department and Purpose of the Position
The (Senior) Executive Assistant / Associate Executive – Medical Affairs (Education Office) is to enhance the learning environment of students attached to NUH, and support matters related to the posting of students and job shadowing to the hospital.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide admin and logistic support for student education programmes in NUH, including orientation, student welfare matters, conducting NGEMR training, evaluation and job shadowing.
· Work with the healthcare schools and wards/clinics to arrange for student postings to NUH.
· Identify gaps in education processes to enhance student, faculty and staff experience.
· Support the central education team during central department or hospital-wide programmes.
Key Requirements
Diploma from a recognized institution
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
· Good oral and written communication skills; works well with people
· Able to conduct training to students (training will be provided)
· Organised, meticulous and able to prioritise well
· Able to work independently or in teams
· Able to adapt to changes
· Passion to work in healthcare and education setting.
