About the Role
We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for the media industry and a keen interest in spearheading the agile transformation efforts of SPH Media.
As part of the Consumer Division Growth Marketing team, you will be driving the product development of our MarTech platforms that will transform our business and bring customer experience to greater heights. You will own the product strategy and features backlog for these platforms. Based on inputs from business stakeholders, users feedback and market research of industry best practices, you will be charting and prioritising the product roadmap.
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive product prioritisation within the Consumer Division.
Assist the business teams to chart out a product roadmap for our division’s MarTech stack.
Work with internal stakeholders to understand the business use cases and challenges, and from there, ideate, develop, launch and iterate product features (for select systems).
Frame and prioritise problem statements to maximise value delivery.
Formulate high-level solutioning with the UI/UX designers and tech developers for stakeholder buy-in.
Be part of the scrum team, breaking down the product roadmap items into executable stories and requirements for each fortnightly sprint.
Develop key metrics to measure the success of the products and prioritise next steps, and work with the delivery team to ensure the necessary capabilities are implemented.
Steward agile development processes and communicate product releases to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
At least 2-4 years of experience in product management / agile project management, preferably in MarTech space or a subscription business
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
A good team player that is resourceful and able to work independently
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Motivated and driven, with a curiosity and openness to constantly look for new solutions and ways of working to tackle new challenges
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of agile product management and scrum methodologies
Experience with the use of JIRA / Confluence for management of product backlog and feature delivery is a plus.
