Job description

• Leading Healthcare Provider!
• Office Hours / Near Ang Mo Kio / 5 days
• Prior exp on events+fundraising/donor mgt in healthcare/NGO is required!

Our client is a leading Healthcare provider

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to secure sustainable finances in alignment with the mission of the organisation
• Maintain fundraising base and build on existing relationships as well as establish new relationships with donors
• Plan, implement and evaluate fundraising events to continuously improve the effectiveness of the events
• Mitigate risks from donation collections errors.
• Research on donation growth from new donors and ensure no donation fatigue.
• Manage colleagues to ensure programmes are delivered timely and efficiently
• Collaborate with stakeholders on the event positioning for purposes of effective publicity and timely collaterals preparation / production
• Conduct post event evaluation, documentation and debrief for continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for active stewardship of existing and potential donors.
• Build relationships and maintain regular communication with various corporate groups and donors.
• Conduct public educations talks, exhibitions and presentations to groups of professionals, corporate and schools on role of the Company and various donation / sponsorship opportunities to support the Company’s cause or coordinate activities for fundraising events.
• Prepare and submit regular fundraising performance reports and statistics to Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• At least 3-5 years of events & fundraising experience / donor engagement in an acute hospital setting or VWO sector
• Strong passion to serve and meticulous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. Team player who is also able to work independently

Other Information:

• Working Days/Hours: Mon-Thurs, 830am to 6pm, Fri ends at 530pm
• Location: Near Ang Mo Kio
