An established industry player is seeking a highly organized Event Operations Executive to support the planning and execution of major events. Our client is looking for a highly organized and motivated Event Operations Executive to support the successful planning and execution of major events. You will work closely with the Strategic Management and Operations team to coordinate all aspects of event management—from stakeholder engagement to on-the-ground operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Regional Office (RO) Strategic Management and Operations team as a key strategic event.
Coordinate and support engagement activities related including stakeholder communications and logistics planning.
Liaise with a diverse set of stakeholders from government agencies, industry partners, academia, NGOs, and event vendors.
Oversee and execute event operations planning and delivery.
Manage end-to-end operations including venue preparation, vendor coordination, and onsite support.
Support any other assignments or operational tasks allocated by RO or Team Lead.
Be prepared to work extended hours during event build-up and execution periods.
Travel overseas as required for pre-event recce or on-site coordination (1–2 trips per year).
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in event operations, stakeholder engagement, or large-scale event planning is advantageous.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to travel and commit to overtime during critical event periods.
