Initially supporting order routing oversight, execution monitoring, and staged order resolution across Equities and Spot FX, with growth into broader execution capabilities as the model scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in equities-focused execution or trading support roles.
• Understanding of equity order lifecycle and routing principles.
• Interest in Spot FX execution or operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with market structure and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time order flow across agency execution channels and escalate issues.
• Oversee staged and unfilled orders through to resolution with stakeholders.
• Support monitoring of Spot FX flow for a defined period.
• Collaborate with Trading, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to evolve the execution model.
• Maintain accurate records and audit trails in line with controls.
• Develop knowledge of order routing logic, venues, and market structure.
• Contribute to scalable workflows, controls, and escalation procedures.
• Stay current on market developments and regulatory changes.
