About Our Group

We are a dynamic equipment maintenance team providing technical support and services to Media Process and Production, ensuring equipment performance and stability.

About the Role

  • Monitoring production equipment performance.
  • Attending to unscheduled equipment downtime, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Performing routine preventive maintenance.
  • Carrying out equipment product conversions.
  • Performing offline servicing of PM components and spares.
  • Setting up and upgrading equipment.
  • Conducting root cause analysis, providing corrective actions for yield or quality issues, and preparing reports.
  • Implementing continuous improvements on equipment OEE, safety hazard reduction, and cost-saving projects.

About You

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field, or ITE qualification.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Team player with problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Willing to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willing to work in a clean room environment.
  • Willing to work 12-hour shifts, day or night.

Your Experience Includes:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience servicing manufacturing equipment and working in a cleanroom is advantageous.

Location

Our Woodlands site is one of Singapore's largest electronics manufacturing facilities, housing our recording media operations. It spans three sites, accessible by bus or MRT, with amenities including an onsite canteen, gym, dance studio, and recreational activities. We also host celebrations and community volunteer events.
