Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering.
• Min 2 years of relevant work experience in Etch Equipment (LAM DFM/MES/Oxide Equipment).
• Excellent teamwork and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain and improve Quality, Uptime and Cost indices.
• Sustain equipment KPI and drive continuous performance improvements.
• Monitor and control equipment performance indices; optimize preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with process and manufacturing engineers to meet module objectives.
• Manage logistics for parts to prevent uptime losses on equipment failure.
• Coordinate new equipment start-up from facilities hookup to production acceptance.
