We're searching for Senior Engineer / Engineer to be part of our Diffusion diverse team of talents.

What you will be working on:

  • Perform corrective & preventive maintenance on equipment to maintain good quality & productivity performance.
  • Provide 24×7 support for troubleshooting equipment & problem solving in Factory operations floor.
  • Maintain documentations for equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for reference purposes.
  • Develop continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability and cost of ownership.
  • Drive innovation in factory automation, processes and systems to improve productivity.
  • Coordinate, supervise & develop a team of high performance equipment engineers.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemical/Electrical & Electronics/Materials/Mechanical/Microelectronics/Physics or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Furnace/EPI/Implant equipment or related module
  • Highly motivated & strong team player
  • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Quality 1st mindset & strong analytical, problem solving skills
