Qualifications

• Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Systems Engineering or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of hands-on engineering experience.
• Experience troubleshooting electronics and software-related issues.
• Experience designing and developing jigs and fixtures.
• Experience with automation and robotics systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, precision engineering, and system integration.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Programming exposure in PLC, MCU, Python, LabVIEW, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop jigs, fixtures, and mechatronic systems using CAD.
• Translate engineering requirements into reliable equipment solutions.
• Assemble, test, calibrate, and optimise equipment to meet performance targets.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues to minimise downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
