Job summary

Mercor is seeking senior wealth management and asset management professionals to build evaluation tasks for AI systems operating in Fortune 500 enterprise investment contexts. The workflows are calibrated to portfolio complexity, regulatory stakes, and client sophistication of Fortune 500 asset managers and large private wealth institutions.

Contributors design scenarios, draft reference outputs, and write rubrics for senior investment thinking.

Qualifications

5+ years as portfolio manager or investment professional at a Fortune 500 asset manager, private bank, or wirehouse.
Direct ownership of large client portfolios or institutional mandates.
Experience with enterprise investment tooling and regulatory/compliance concepts (SEC, FINRA).
Prior rubric or portfolio documentation authorship is a plus.

Responsibilities

Construct enterprise wealth management scenarios spanning high-net-worth portfolios and fiduciary/regulatory cycles.
Build asset management tasks across portfolio strategy, institutional servicing, risk and performance analytics.
Develop operations scenarios using Bloomberg Terminal, Aladdin, Morningstar Direct, and OMS in large-firm stacks.
Apply investment methodologies and produce reference policies, strategies, and client-facing narratives.
Author rubrics to distinguish authentic enterprise judgment from textbook recall.
