Job summary

Toku is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise system integration projects across APAC and global markets. You will partner with clients, partners, vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes.

You will mentor junior PMs, strengthen governance and project management standards, and drive operational maturity as Toku scales.

Qualifications

Requires 5–10 years of project/program management experience delivering complex enterprise technology or system integration projects.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
Experience delivering projects for large enterprise organisations with structured delivery methodologies.
Engage in technical discussions related to system integration, cloud platforms and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical implementations and system integration projects across APAC and global markets.
Own integrated project plans: scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, resources and governance.
Provide technical leadership with architects and engineering teams for informed delivery decisions.
Manage complex integration programmes with ERP/CRM/cloud services while aligning with client requirements.
Build trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams with clear communication and governance.
Coordinate resources across countries and travel internationally when required.
Identify delivery risks and develop mitigation plans to avoid blockers.
Coordinate testing, UAT, production readiness and go-live activities.
Monitor budgets, effort burn, milestones and change requests to ensure commercial sustainability.
Report progress, risks and next steps to customers and leadership.
Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Engineering to identify additional service opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement of PM methodologies and governance frameworks.
Mentor and coach junior PMs and promote best practices across the delivery organization.
Manage global delivery across time zones and travel as needed.
Leverage AI tools for reporting and workflow automation to improve efficiency.
