Senior / Enrolled Nurse

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Registered Nurses (RNs) in the coordination of care of patients

• Assist physicians and RNs in bedside procedures and treatment

• Communicate effectively and maintain a collaborative relationship with the multidisciplinary healthcare team members

• Provide patient education to patients, Next of Kin (NOK), and caregivers on self-care management

• Attend to and assist RNs in patient resuscitation or medical emergencies

• Support clinical supervision of newly enrolled nurses, support care staff, and coaching of nursing students in the delivery of nursing care

• Identify common causes of patient safety incidents and work with the supervisor and senior nurses in carrying out quality improvement activities

• Be a team player and participate in clinical audits as required

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must be enrolled with SNB
