RESPONSIBILITIES
MINDS Clinic is a service provided under the umbrella of MINDS Community-Based Support Services (CSS). CSS is the dynamic and nimble service delivery arm in MINDS that response to emerging needs of PWIDs and Caregivers in the community. Its core vision is to serve the unserved and underserved and to enhance integration and community living of caregivers and PWIDs in the communities
Developmental Disability Nursing at MINDS Clinic play a pivotal role in the care of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities of all ages to achieve optimal health outcomes. The key role of the Enrolled Nurse is to focus on the promotion of health and wellness, prevention of illness, and care for clients in the community. He/She will reports to Head of Health Services and will work alongside with the Clinic Doctors to provide support to both clinic staff and clients.
He/she will contribute towards achieving MINDS Clinic Vision's to be the Developmental and Intellectual Disability Clinic of Excellence, bridging prevailing social medical gaps so that PWIDS can receive Effective Healthcare Management throughout their Lifespan.
