Job summary

WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead train operators and shunters, coordinating rail vehicle movements and ensuring readiness through pre-operation checks. The role emphasizes adherence to safety procedures and effective briefing of personnel.

The candidate will coordinate with controllers and site teams, respond to incidents, monitor performance, and assist with training and OJT of new staff, while maintaining operational records.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering discipline or GCE A-Level or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of relevant working experience.
• Railway operations, train-driving, shunting or heavy-equipment experience preferred.
• Able to lead a team and conduct operational briefings.
• Strong safety awareness and problem-solving abilities.
