Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Executive/Engineer for Commuter Infrastructure Development to drive design and construction of cycling paths, lifts to overhead bridges, sheltered walkways, and road repurposing.

The role requires coordination with contractors, consultants, and government agencies to ensure timely project completion within budget and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in project/construction environment or civil/structural design.
• Strong leadership with knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
• Good knowledge in BIM and project planning software is an advantage.
• Experience in Transformation & Productivity for workplace/construction industry is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of commuter infrastructure projects, including design and construction of cycling path networks, lifts to pedestrian overhead bridges, sheltered walkways and road repurposing.
• Supervise and ensure timely completion of projects within budget, contract specifications, design, safety requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate on contractual, technical and public relations matters with contractors, design consultants, government agencies and community stakeholders.
