As a Senior Engineer, Technology DevOps, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Work closely with the Head of Department (HOD) to update policies, guidelines, and establish frameworks for IT application security, governance, and risk management. Provide support for IT audit activities as required.
• Manage vendors to design and implement IT systems that align with Business Unit processes while ensuring adherence to IT security, development, deployment, and change management standards.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to ensure system integrity.
• Ensure security and compliance across all IT infrastructure and software deployments.
• Oversee vendors to maintain smooth and efficient system operations, monitor performance, and promptly address any issues.
• Support IT Helpdesk activities and coordinate with vendors to track and resolve IT tickets efficiently.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
