As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of innovation — working in a fast-paced, highly agile environment where your ideas will come to life through prototypes, pilots, and market tests.

What You’ll Do:

1. Build innovative prototypes, pilots, and MVPs that explore the edge of what’s possible in commerce.
2. Design, code, test, and document software solutions that are scalable, resilient, and production-ready.
3. Collaborate with a global team of engineers and researchers in a high-ownership, fast-moving agile setup.
4. Explore emerging tech and assess its potential impact on payments and commerce.
5. Help shape architectural decisions and identify the best tools, APIs, and methodologies.
6. Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
7. Bring ideas from concept to code and push the boundaries of what’s possible.

What You Bring:

1. A passion for innovation, emerging tech, and building products that matter.
2. Strong experience in software engineering with a proven ability to rapidly prototype and deliver solutions.
3. Experience across the stack — from backend (e.g., Java Spring Boot, microservices) to frontend (React/Angular), mobile (iOS/Android), and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
5. Solid understanding of agile development, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and clean coding practices.
6. A growth mindset with a “can-do” attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
7. Bonus points if you’ve worked with technologies like langchain, JavaCard, EMV, Azure, or Kubernetes.
