Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer to maintain and enhance software for existing products and manufacturing systems in Singapore. You will troubleshoot production issues and drive corrective actions, as well as oversee outsourced software development partners.

This role requires a Bachelor's in software engineering or related field and at least five years of experience with LabVIEW, TestStand, C#, C++, and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, CS, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in test engineering, test development, or manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in NI LabVIEW, NI TestStand, C#, C++, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation and automated test systems.
• Proven project management experience, including managing outsourced software vendors.
• Hands-on experience with test and measurement instrumentation and remote equipment control software.
• Strong SQL skills, including advanced queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Working knowledge of database administration (backup/recovery, replication, clustering, log shipping).
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
