Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore invites applications for EXECUTIVE / SENIOR ENGINEER, DEVELOPMENT & BUILDING CONTROL (ROAD). Qualifications

Knowledge in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
Understanding of road design standards and construction methods.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to engage stakeholders and drive issues to resolution.
Interest in AI, digital innovation and continuous improvement.
3–5 years of relevant experience; advantage in road design/traffic engineering.
Experience in stakeholder management is a plus.
Open to candidates with no prior working experience.

Responsibilities

Technical evaluation of proposals, road and parking designs, and street works plans for compliance.
Engage with developers, QPs, and public to resolve technical issues and clarify requirements.
Explore AI-enabled tools and digital solutions to streamline reviews.
Review and reimagine policies and processes to improve efficiency and safety.
