Job description:

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise, organize and plan activities to ensure smooth execution of projects in the Department.
2. Ensure that manpower is effectively deployed to deliver the products timely.
3. Ensure that manpower is adequately trained to perform jobs and to meet future challenges.
4. Liaise with owners and paint representative and surveyor on complying with paint specification and Insulation requirements.
5. Evaluate and assess the work performance of staff.
6. Resolve any technical problems or issues faced at the work site.
7. Study and evaluate the work sequences and methods of the Department and explore new ideas to improve quality and productivity.
8. Ensure that Safety, Health and Environmental operating procedures are followed and counsel staff about compliance.
9. Ensure that jobs outsourced to sub-contractors are effectively supervised and the products are delivered timely and in accordance to the required specifications and quality.
10. Any other associate tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Engineering or any other Technical fields
2. Good Level of Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint to prepare reports and powerpoint presentations
3. Strong technical knowledge in Painting.
4. PSPC knowledge with Qualification in NACE Level II or FROSIO Level III preferred.

1. Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
2. 5 days work week
3. Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
