HTX in Singapore is seeking a Lead Engineer / Engineer to spearhead capability development of Command and Control (C2) systems and networked vehicle/weapon platforms. You will integrate C2 with sensors, ICT, and new technologies to sustain mission success for HTD operations.

Reporting to the Head of Vehicle and Weapon Network Systems, you will prototype, evaluate, and deliver high-performance system solutions while upholding safety and interoperability with legacy platforms.

Formación

• Good honours degree in relevant engineering/IT discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in weapon or vehicle technologies.
• Experience with C2, networked systems, or ICT integration is preferred.
• Ability to lead design reviews and project meetings.
• Knowledge of AI, data analytics, and safety standards is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualise innovative C2/vehicle systems solutions using design thinking and smart tech.
• Explore AI and Big Data to create future-ready operational systems.
• Initiate and prototype C2 and networked vehicle/weapon projects with integration and evaluation.
• Define technical specs, lead reviews, and conduct testing activities for C2 and networked systems.
• Perform software and system safety assessments.
• Continual upgrading of knowledge in C2 and network systems.
