Job summary

SHINY PEOPLE HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior L2 Lead / Infrastructure SME to own critical incidents and drive expert problem management across Windows Server, AD/Azure AD, and MS 365 environments.

You will mentor L2 engineers, coordinate with customers and vendors, and lead complex infrastructure changes while ensuring tight security and timely RCA deliverables.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5–10 years infrastructure / IT operations experience.
• Strong Windows Server, Active Directory / Azure AD & Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Good understanding of networking, firewall & VPN environments.
• Experience with major incident management & RCA.
• Strong customer/vendor management skills.
• Comfortable leading technical teams during critical incidents.
• Good PowerShell / Bash and automation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incidents and high-impact IT outages.
• Drive deep technical troubleshooting & RCA.
• Own problem management and eliminate recurring issues.
• Act as the escalation bridge between customers, vendors and technical teams.
• Oversee Windows Server, network, security, cloud & infrastructure operations.
• Provide advanced Microsoft 365 / Azure AD support.
• Support firewall, VPN, virtualisation and backup environments.
• Plan and execute complex infrastructure changes.
• Develop runbooks, standards and technical procedures.
• Coordinate security hardening and incident response activities.
• Mentor L2 engineers and guide L1 leads.
• Provide technical input for service reviews and improvement plans.
