Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to design and maintain software for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

The candidate will work on embedded systems, equipment control, and automation software, contributing to system performance and hardware integration across global teams. The role involves software design, implementation, testing, and collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to meet stringent product requirements.

Qualifications

• Master/Bachelor in Software/Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Min 5 years of experience in large-scale software development projects.
• Proficient in C/C++ programming languages.
• Good knowledge in Object-Oriented Software Design Methodologies.
• Semiconductor automation (host communication) and Real time control knowledge is preferred.
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, communicates effectively, excels as a collaborative team player, and possesses strong leadership qualities
