Job summary

Kulicke & Soffa is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to design and maintain software for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor in Software/Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Min 5 years of experience in large-scale software development.

• Semiconductor automation (host communication) and real-time control knowledge preferred.
