IHH HEALTHCARE SINGAPORE is seeking a Senior / Facilities Engineer to support the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of hospital infrastructure. You will help ensure care teams can focus on patients and be part of a collaborative, proactive team at Gleneagles and other campuses.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Willingness to learn and grow in facilities operations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work well in a team.
• Experience or knowledge in FSM and LEW would be advantageous.
• Electrical worker license would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance with focus on learning and continuous improvement.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify issues, and propose solutions with guidance from senior team members.
• Work closely with vendors and contractors to coordinate routine works and projects.
• Participate in improvement initiatives that enhance safety, energy efficiency, and user comfort.
