Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related engineering/operations field and semiconductor experience.
• Strong data analytics, statistics, and problem solving with visualization tools.
• Experience in SQL, Tableau, AI tools and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to plan WIP, cycle times and capacity for production environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to develop applications and processes improving production metrics.
• Coordinate New Part Introduction (NPI) and plan for WIP and cycle times.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations to convey project status to stakeholders.
• Present findings and recommend solutions to fab performance gaps.
• Drive innovation with predictive models and scenario analyses.
