Job Responsibilities:
- Own, maintain, and improve indices such as Quality, Uptime, and Cost.
- Sustain equipment KPIs and continuously improve to enhance performance.
- Monitor and control equipment performance indices; optimize preventive maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with process and manufacturing engineers to meet module objectives.
- Manage logistics for parts to prevent prolonged uptime losses during equipment failure.
- Control equipment maintenance expenditure without compromising quality.
- Continuously improve equipment KPIs related to quality, uptime, and costs.
- Plan and implement effective preventive maintenance programs.
- Coach and mentor subordinates, providing feedback on performance.
- Document corrective actions and best practices for ROI and learning.
- Participate in CIP programs to optimize equipment utilization and maintenance costs.
- Become the technical expert for specific machine specialization.
- Utilize SPACE for SPC chart analysis, JMP for engineering experiments, and measurement instruments for data collection.
- Understand FMEA, generate analyses for new tools, and identify top risk factors.
- Create CAMSTAR/PROMIS (MES) DC OP and SPC charts.
- Coordinate new equipment start-up, from hookup to acceptance.
- Promote wafer scrap reduction awareness.
- Conduct self-audits and update specifications to meet TS16949 standards.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, Materials, or Material Sciences Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Metal Etch, AMAT DPSM Equipment in the semiconductor industry.
- Open to fresh graduates.
