Senior Engineer - DTL Signalling
Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise and be responsible to the maintenance team on all maintenance activities
- Ensure all maintenance activities are in correspondence to the maintenance procedures and safety requirement
- Ensure major failures are responded and rectified within the specific time
- Monitor and study recurring maintenance activities to ensure the specific safety, reliability and availability levels are met
- Analyse, evaluate and submit fault data and trending reports to Section Heads
- Conduct investigation, analyse and propose remedial actions on persistence faults
- Conduct safety inspections and maintenance audits to ensure compliance with specified standards
- Possesses good practises on proper documentation and ensure timely updates of manuals and drawings
- Involve in planning and administration of logistic related to system to ensure proper functioning of all maintenance activities
- Develop and deliver technical training packages for the department
- Monitor equipment performance and good handling skill on spare management
- Conduct asset reliability trending to monitor equipment performance to ensure highest level of operation
- Review and validate training manuals, Work Instruction to ensure the contents are updated
- Ensure technical standards are set up and proper implementation to achieve the highest level of operational safety
- Conduct safety inspections and maintenance audits to ensure compliance with specified standards
- Ensure all maintenance and modifications activities are compliance with the safety standards
Requirements
- Possess a local Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineering or Mechatronics.
- Preferably minimum 3 years of working experience in rail signalling field
- Good communication, analytical and planning skills
- Self-starter with drive and passion
- Matured personality, meticulous and good team player
- Responsible and result-oriented
